Delhi, India - 2025
In 2013, my father accepted an internal position at Adobe, joining a team based in India. During his first few weeks, he was flown to Bangalore to meet his new colleagues and leadership team in person. While there, his teammates introduced him to local restaurants and immersed him in Indian culture. When he returned to the United States, he shared his newfound love for Indian food and traditions with our family. Before long, Indian cuisine became a staple of our family’s celebrations. Everything from birthdays to father & son lunches, and more. Indian food is my favorite cuisine to this day. It represents joy, connection, and celebration in my family. For that reason, I’ve always dreamed of visiting India myself. When the opportunity came to travel to Delhi during Diwali with two friends, I was absolutely ecstatic. The photos below capture an unforgettable journey inspired by years of family memories and appreciation for a culture that’s felt close to home for over a decade.
